Pieni tori

Tiiviit seinät puristuvat toisiaan vasten Kuuden lukon kaupungissa ja kattojen harjat peittävät taivaan mahdollisimman hyvin. Ainoa paikka, jossa taivas näkyy, on tori. Se on onneksi pieni ja ristipiippu on aivan sen vieressä tiivistämässä taivasta.

Kaupunkilaiset käyvät kauppaa innokkaasti torilla koko päivän, mutta auringon laskiessa aukio tyhjenee. Auringon säteet saattavat osua ristipiippuun savun alta, ja se ei ole mukava näky, joten kaupunkilaiset pitävät huolta siitä, että ovat kotonaan verhojen takana tuohon aikaan.

The Small Square

The tight walls squeeze against each other in the City of Six Locks, and the roofs are wide to cover the sky as much as possible. The only place where the sky can be seen is the marketplace. At least it is not big and the cross chimney is next to it to tighten the sky.

The citizens trade with gusto for the whole day, but as the sun sets the square grows empty. The rays of the sun might reach the cross chimney under the edge of the smoke, and that is not a pleasant sight, so the citizens take care to be behind the curtains at that time.

A silent, barefooted man in a robe can be seen walking across the square with a sign: "Gather the Troll".
